Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Request Early Access" on the homepage and follow the signup process. You can sign up with email or Google. No credit card is required for the 14-day free trial.
What's included in the free trial?
The free trial includes full access to all features for 14 days. You can analyze unlimited deals, set up investor matching, and explore all platform capabilities.
How do I import my existing data?
Go to Settings > Import Data. You can import properties, investors, and deals via CSV. We also support direct imports from popular platforms like Stessa and RentRedi.

Deal Analysis

How does deal analysis work?
Enter a property address or manually input details. Our AI analyzes the deal using real-time market data, comparable sales, and rental comps to provide comprehensive metrics like cap rate, cash-on-cash return, and deal score.
Where does the market data come from?
We aggregate data from multiple sources including MLS feeds, Zillow, RentCast, public records, and proprietary data partners to ensure accuracy.
Can I customize the analysis assumptions?
Yes! You can adjust all assumptions including vacancy rate, maintenance reserves, property management fees, closing costs, and more in the deal settings.

Billing & Subscription

Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data before canceling.

Integrations

What integrations are available?
We integrate with Zillow, Stripe, Plaid, Twilio, SendGrid, Google Calendar, QuickBooks, and many more. Visit our integrations page for the full list.
How do I connect my bank account?
Go to Settings > Integrations > Banking. We use Plaid for secure bank connections. Your credentials are never stored on our servers.
Can I use Zapier with ScoutzOS?
Yes! We have a Zapier integration that allows you to connect ScoutzOS with 5,000+ apps. Find us in the Zapier app directory.
