Using the AI Advisor

The AI Advisor is your intelligent assistant built into ScoutzOS. It understands your portfolio and can help with a wide range of tasks.

What you can ask

• "What's my occupancy rate across all properties?"
• "Draft a late rent notice for Unit 3B"
• "Should I renew this tenant's lease?"
• "Analyze this deal at 123 Main St"
• "What maintenance requests are overdue?"

How to access it

Click the AI Advisor icon in the left sidebar or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) to open the chat from anywhere.

Context-aware

The AI Advisor has access to your properties, tenants, leases, financials, and maintenance data. It gives answers specific to your portfolio, not generic advice.

Actions

Beyond answering questions, the AI Advisor can take actions: send notices, create maintenance requests, generate reports, and schedule follow-ups — all with your confirmation.
