Upgrading your plan

As your portfolio grows, you may need access to additional features or higher unit limits. Upgrading your ScoutzOS plan is straightforward and takes effect immediately.

Step 1: Open Billing Settings

From the left sidebar, navigate to Settings and click the "Billing" tab. You will see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.

Step 2: Click "Change Plan"

Click the "Change Plan" button to see all available plans. Your current plan will be highlighted.

Step 3: Select your new plan

Click "Select" on the plan you want to upgrade to. Review the feature comparison to confirm the new plan includes everything you need.

Step 4: Confirm and pay

Review the pricing summary. If you are mid-cycle, ScoutzOS calculates a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. You only pay the difference.

Click "Confirm Upgrade" to complete the change. Your new features are available immediately.

What happens to your data

All your existing data, properties, tenants, and documents remain intact. Upgrading only adds new features and increases limits.

Switching billing frequency

During the upgrade process, you can also switch between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing provides a discount and locks in your rate for 12 months.

Downgrading

If you need to move to a lower plan, the same process applies. Click "Change Plan" and select the lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Make sure your portfolio is within the new plan's unit limit before downgrading.
