Understanding your dashboard

Your ScoutzOS dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your portfolio health.

Key widgets

• Occupancy Rate — percentage of units currently occupied
• Monthly Revenue — total rent collected this month
• Open Maintenance — number of unresolved requests
• Lease Expirations — leases expiring in the next 90 days
• Recent Activity — latest actions across your portfolio

Customization

Drag and drop widgets to rearrange your dashboard. Click the gear icon on any widget to configure its settings or hide it.

Quick actions

The top of the dashboard includes quick action buttons for common tasks: Add Property, Add Tenant, Create Lease, and New Maintenance Request.
