Listing a vacancy

When a unit becomes vacant, ScoutzOS helps you market it across multiple platforms simultaneously.

Step 1: Mark the unit as vacant

In the Properties section, open the unit and set its status to "Vacant." This enables the listing tools.

Step 2: Create a listing

Click "Create Listing" on the unit page. Fill in:

• Listing title (e.g., "Renovated 2BR in Buckhead")
• Description highlighting key features
• Rent amount and lease terms
• Available date
• Photos — upload at least 5 for best results

Step 3: Syndicate

Toggle on the platforms where you want the listing to appear: Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Facebook Marketplace, and your ScoutzOS-powered website. Click "Publish" and ScoutzOS pushes the listing to all selected channels.

All leads from syndicated listings flow into your ScoutzOS inbox. You can respond, schedule showings, and move applicants through your leasing pipeline from one place.
