Generating owner statements
If you manage properties for owners, ScoutzOS generates professional monthly statements automatically.
Setup
- Link each property to an owner profile under Properties > Owner
- Configure the management fee percentage or flat fee
- Set the statement schedule (monthly, on a specific day)

- Vacancy loss

- Net owner distribution
- Year-to-date totals
Sending statements
ScoutzOS can auto-send statements to owners via email on your schedule. Owners can also log into the Owner Portal to view current and historical statements.
Owner Portal
Owners get their own login to view statements, property performance, maintenance history, and documents — without needing to contact you.
