Tax-ready reports

ScoutzOS organizes your financial data into tax-ready formats so filing season is painless.

Schedule E export

Go to Accounting > Reports > Tax Reports. Select the tax year and click "Generate Schedule E." ScoutzOS creates a report with income and expenses categorized exactly as they appear on IRS Schedule E.

1099 tracking

If you paid any vendor more than $600 in a calendar year, ScoutzOS flags them for 1099 reporting. View the list under Accounting > Tax Reports > 1099 Summary.

Exporting for your accountant

Click "Export" on any report to download as PDF or CSV. You can also invite your accountant as a Viewer on your account so they can pull reports directly.

ScoutzOS provides a year-end checklist to make sure all income is recorded, expenses are categorized, and nothing is missing before you file.
