Syncing with QuickBooks

ScoutzOS can export income and expense data to QuickBooks Online.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click "Connect" next to QuickBooks
  3. Sign in to your QuickBooks account and authorize ScoutzOS

What syncs

  • Rent payments as income entries
  • Maintenance expenses
  • Management fee deductions
  • Owner distributions

Data syncs daily. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page.
