Communicating with your landlord
The ScoutzOS tenant portal includes built-in messaging so all communication is organized in one place.
Sending a message
- Log in to your portal
- Click "Messages" in the sidebar
- Type your message and click Send
Your landlord receives an email notification and can respond through ScoutzOS. You'll see their reply in your portal and get an email notification.
Message history
All messages are saved and searchable. This creates a clear record of all communications, which is useful for reference if questions arise about what was discussed.
